Hey-oh! Welcome back! I know these posts have been a little all over the place, but that’s just life and I write what’s on my mind. I hope you have found my posts beneficial up to this point and enjoy my stories and tips. Here is another random post for you… my favorite juices! We have been doing tons of juicing in our house and enjoy it so much.
It is going to be a short one, but we are going to pack a lot of punch in here. Have you ever gone to a juicer and really enjoyed a juice or even found some yummy juicing recipes on Pinterest that you wanted to try? You can make the exact juice that you want at home and it will taste just as good! Juicing is simply putting fruits and vegetables into a juicer and you get this delicious concoction. I have looked up a couple recipes on Pinterest myself, but it is the most fun just making up your own. I use the Hamilton beach juicer and love it.
Now, I am not a juicing guru, but juicing does have great benefits. Fruits and vegetables alone have tons of nutrients, so juicing is going to provide you with lots of nutrients. There are juice cleanses and detox cleanses and liver cleanses and all these things that I am not knowledgable about so I don’t want to steer you in the wrong direction. If you are interested in that part of juicing I recommend you do some research! I just wanted to tell you my favorite juices so far 🙂
P.S. if your child is not a veggie lover, they won’t even know there are veggies in the juice. My son loves homemade juice with celery and carrots and cucumbers!
4 celery stalks
3 apples- can use green apples or fuji apples
small chunk ginger
3 handfuls spinach
Carrot & orange juice
All in one juice
3 stalks celery
Fresh orange juice
1 bag of oranges
Fresh apple juice
1 bag of fuji apples
Store bought juice does not even compare to fresh juice made at home. It does take more effort but you will thank me later! Leave a comment with which juice you would try first or your favorite juice that I did not list!
